Returns

Not happy with how your tires look? We accept returns within 60 days of delivery as long as the tires have not been installed, mounted, or driven on. All returned products must be in new condition with original labels. Returns are simple—just contact our support team to request approval and receive instructions on how to proceed.

Order Cancellation

Accidentally added items to your cart or completed checkout? No problem—just let us know within one hour of placing your order. After one hour, the order is considered active and may begin processing. If the order has already shipped, you must receive the shipment before we can process a cancellation.
Do not refuse delivery. Refused shipments result in inflated return freight charges from the carrier (up to $275), which will be the customer’s responsibility.

Product Warranty

If you receive a defective product covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, we will assist in processing the claim on your behalf from our Florida location. Warranty decisions are made solely by the tire manufacturer. TireGram acts as a facilitator between you and the brand.

Shipping Insurance

If Shipping Insurance was purchased, TireGram will handle the claim process for you. If the claim amount is under $100, replacements are shipped immediately. Claims over $100 require a final decision from the carrier before replacements can be issued. In cases of package theft, a police report is required to file a claim.

If the optional $94.95 Extended Shipping Insurance is purchased and FedEx denies the claim, we will issue a discount code equal to 50% of the purchase value.

Express Shipping

We ship from 100+ distribution centers across the country, allowing most customers to receive their tires within 1–3 days. While 97% of orders arrive within this timeframe, delivery speeds depend on our logistics partners and cannot be guaranteed. Express Shipping is free, and no credits or refunds can be issued if estimated delivery times are not met.

Any claim relating to TireGram.com shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, specifically Miami-Dade County, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.

Sale & Purchase of Goods

TireGram.com (“Seller”) agrees to sell and the customer (“Buyer”) agrees to purchase the goods described in the checkout process, including stated quantities and pricing (“Goods”). Buyer agrees to pay the full amount shown during checkout. The transaction takes place in Miami-Dade County, Florida, with delivery provided as a courtesy. If a buyer defaults on payment after receiving merchandise, TireGram will pursue legal remedies. The buyer is responsible for all associated legal fees and the full invoice amount.

TireGram reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of pricing errors, stock inaccuracies, or other issues related to human or system error.

Road Hazard Replacement Assistance

Available when purchasing four (4) or more tires. Road Hazard Replacement Assistance allows you to buy a replacement tire at a 30% discount off the current sale price if a tire becomes damaged. Unlike competitors, we do not require the damaged tire back and there are no deductibles. Coverage is limited to two replacement tires and is valid for 12 months after purchase. Coverage is void if the tire is discontinued.
